Hello from the 3rd- 5th grade class. On March 4th we went to the Gustavus Dock. Did you know that it was our 11th trip and we only have four more field trips left? It was a beautiful day. There was a low tide although it was coming in. We only found two pieces of plastic! We didn’t find as many living things but did see a great blue heron. We can’t wait to write more.

That's great to hear that you didn't find much plastic on the Gustavus beach. Let's hope boats are doing a better job watching what goes overboard!
