On March 23, we went to the Gustavus Beach at 10:41am because the tide was a -2.4 . If the old dock was still there we probably would have been able to walk out to it. We could walk out to the rock island and we climbed up and down it. We found tons of organisms such as; sea anemones, blennies, clams, seastars and a bunch more. It was probably more than we ever have seen!
We probably found more because the tide was so low and a lot of animals live in the lower intertidal. Before we left we made a list of the things we thought we might see and we did see a few of them such as: blennies, seastars and clams. We had so much fun and can’t wait till our next trip!
