We
left to go to the Airport Ditch for the second time on 3-28-13 to see
if our site changed. We saw a squirrel and we snuck up to it and
took lots of pictures when it was eating a pine cone. After it was a
done eating a pine cone it dropped it.
We also saw some wolf tracks and followed them for a while. The wolf tracks were huge! We think it was chasing a grouse because we think we saw grouse tracks and the wolf tracks were going in circles. Or it was just chasing its tail!
On this field trip two moms came with us: Angela and Tanya. It was fun and I think they had fun too.
Did you ever figure out what was in the wolf scat we found on our driveway? Maybe it was a grouse beak???
